Acceptable Use Policy

1. Overview

This policy applies to all use of Pavos AI, including prompts, uploads, generated images, generated videos, voice output, and other content created through the service. It supplements our Terms of Service. Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited AI Generation Content

• Adult, sexual, NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content.
• Sexualized nudity, fetish content, erotic roleplay, or content intended for sexual gratification.
• Any sexual content involving minors, age ambiguity, or exploitative scenarios.
• Non-consensual sexual content, intimate deepfakes, revenge porn, voyeurism, or coercive scenarios.
• Attempts to bypass safety systems through coded language, misspellings, or prompt obfuscation.

3. Other Prohibited Content

• Graphic violence, gore, or content promoting self-harm, abuse, or terrorism.
• Harassment, hate, discriminatory content, or unlawful threats.
• Fraudulent impersonation, deceptive deepfakes, or misleading identity claims without disclosure.
• Content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
• Any content that violates applicable law or the safety of others.

4. Safety Enforcement

We use automated safety and moderation systems to screen generation requests. Denied or high-risk requests may be blocked. Repeated or severe violations may lead to request blocking, account suspension, or termination.
